For environments with high humidity or frequent rain, we highly recommend upgrading to Western Red Cedar or Thermowood due to their superior natural resistance to rot. Please specify your preference when submitting your RFQ.

Unlike cheaper mass-produced units, we apply a meticulous manual treatment to our timbers before assembly. This is an eco-friendly, heat-safe conditioning process that penetrates the wood deeply. It significantly reduces the risk of warping from moisture expansion and acts as a natural deterrent against wood-boring insects, ensuring your luxury sauna lasts for decades in an outdoor environment.

Due to the large internal volume (4.1m x 2.3m) and the expansive glass front, a standard heater will not suffice. We strongly recommend a 9.0 kW to 12.0 kW electric sauna heater. A 220V-240V hardwired electrical connection installed by a certified professional is mandatory. We can supply the heater directly from the factory, or you can source a compatible brand locally.

Yes, as part of our “Social Wellness Space” package, the structural wiring for Wi-Fi controls, heat-resistant Bluetooth marine speakers, and ambient RGB LED lighting are all pre-integrated into the cabin walls at the factory. This creates a true “plug-and-play” experience for your electrician, saving significant time and labor during on-site installation.

To ensure safe global transport, the sauna is shipped as a heavy-duty flat-packed kit in reinforced wooden crates. It is designed for modular on-site assembly. Because the individual wood panels and the tempered glass are extremely heavy, you will need a forklift or a strong team of at least 4 people to unload the crates upon delivery.
