Yes. While our 4-6 person models (2150W-2450W) can often run on standard dedicated 110V/220V 20Amp circuits, the larger 8-10 person models (2850W-3250W) generally require a dedicated 220V/240V line, and for commercial installations, 3-phase 380V power is recommended. We provide full electrical schematics upon order.

The Tourmaline energy stones are highly durable. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild, non-toxic cleaner after use. For heavy commercial use, ensure the top ventilation skylight is opened after sessions to allow moisture to escape, preserving the wood and stones naturally.

While our graphene heating panels emit zero harmful EMF, infrared heat can cause smartphones or tablets to overheat. We recommend leaving devices outside and utilizing the quiet, meditative environment for true relaxation. However, the cabin is perfectly safe for standard electronic operation from an EMF standpoint.

For premium woods like Rosewood or custom treatments (e.g., black carbonization), the MOQ is typically a 20ft container (approx. 10-15 units of large 4-10 person models) to ensure material cost efficiency. We offer a robust factory warranty: 5 years on the Graphene and Ceramic heating elements, 3 years on the wood structure and microcomputer control panel, and 1 year on accessories (like the temperature probe and lights). We also supply spare parts with bulk container orders.
