The Lifecycle of a Soundhon Chiller

We don't just assemble; we fabricate. Our vertical integration allows us to control quality at every stage of the ice bath manufacturing process.

Global Component Sourcing

Quality starts at the source. We import compressors directly from Panasonic/Hitachi (Japan) and use high-purity copper piping. Every batch of raw material undergoes rigorous Incoming Quality Control (IQC) before entering our warehouse.

In-House CNC Fabrication

We are one of the few factories that manufacture our own Titanium Heat Exchangers. Our CNC workshop cuts and bends the galvanized steel housings with 0.1mm precision, ensuring a rattle-free, durable chassis for every ice bath machine.

Standardized Assembly Line

Our technicians follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). From vacuum pumping (to remove moisture from refrigerant lines) to precision welding, every step is monitored by line supervisors to ensure consistency.

24-Hour Performance Test

This is our guarantee. Every single ice bath chiller must run continuously for 24 hours in our testing bay. We monitor cooling speed, temperature stability, and power consumption before it is approved for packing.

The "Black Box" of Cooling

Most sellers are just marketing companies. At Soundhon, we own the core technology. Our R&D team designs the PCBs and inverter logic that makes our ice bath chillers the quietest and most efficient on the market.

Corrosion-Proof Design

We use pure Titanium coils exclusively. Unlike copper (used in AC units), Titanium is impervious to the salts and sanitizers used in cold plunge water.
